Compliments and Complaints

We aim to provide the best possible service to our patients and clients, however sometimes things may go wrong, and we welcome and appreciate your comments and suggestions to help us improve the quality of service we offer.

Equally, if you have any complaints, we have an established practice based complaints procedure, if you require a copy please contact the Practice Manager, who will ensure you get a copy and ensure any concerns you have are dealt with as soon as possible.

If you are unhappy with any service or with any member of the practice team and would like to complain:

  • First talk the problem through with the Patient Participation Group (ppgatepmc@gmail.com), Practice Manager or a Senior Receptionist.
  • Put your concerns in writing to us so that we can investigate and write to you to resolve your concern.
